3. Unauthorized Access and Security Violations

5. Misuse of the Platform

  • Remove, obscure, or alter proprietary notices, labels, or marks

6. API and Integration Abuse

You may NOT:

  • Exceed API rate limits or usage quotas
  • Cache or store Google Search Console data beyond permitted timeframes
  • Share Google Search Console data with unauthorized third parties
  • Use Google data for purposes not explicitly authorized
  • Violate the Google API Services User Data Policy
  • Make excessive API requests that burden our infrastructure

7. Resource Abuse

You may NOT:

  • Use the Service in a way that places unreasonable burden on our infrastructure
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
  • Engage in cryptocurrency mining using our resources
  • Use the Service for high-volume automated processing without permission
  • Store excessive amounts of data beyond your subscription limits
  • Abuse free trial or free tier offerings

8. Competitive Use

You may NOT:

  • Use the Service to monitor our features and develop competing products
  • Copy or replicate our Service's functionality
  • Use our Service to benchmark against competing products without permission
  • Reverse engineer our algorithms or proprietary technology
  • Extract and reuse our intellectual property

Google Search Console Specific Policies

When using our Google Search Console integration, you must:

  • Only connect Google Search Console accounts you own or are authorized to access
  • Comply with Google's Terms of Service and Webmaster Guidelines
  • Not share Google Search Console data with unauthorized parties
  • Disconnect accounts you no longer have authorization to access
  • Use Google data only for the intended SEO analytics purposes
  • Not attempt to circumvent Google's API restrictions or rate limits

Data Usage and Privacy

You must:

  • Comply with all applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Obtain necessary consents for processing personal data
  • Not collect or process sensitive personal data without proper safeguards
  • Respect the privacy rights of individuals whose data you process
  • Implement appropriate security measures for data you handle
  • Report any data breaches or security incidents promptly

Violation: Connecting Google Search Console accounts you don't own Consequence: GSC integration disabled and account suspension
